I purchased from El Supplies in 2022. It was one of my 1st large investment into my new business. I mostly dealt with Wade, who was very accommodating. Because they understand how expensive the shipping can be for products like these, they allowed me to try and work out my own shipping using truckers I was connected to. They held my purchases for a long time without pressuring me. Once my attempts fell through, I used their shipping services and received all of my purchases in great condition. I did have 2 issues with 2 products (missing hardware to assemble the heart and some cracked acrylic placemats, which I love and I don’t think they carry any longer due to their fragility during shipping. Nonetheless, Wade made sure that I received the hardware I needed and replaced the # of placemats that were damaged. I’m still growing my business and plan to purchase more in the future, so I am super excited that they now have a warehouse in Michigan.

I mostly dealt with Wade who was very accommodating. He allowed me to try and work out my own delivery method because he understands that shipping is brutal for these type of products. El Supplies allowed me to
purchase everything and then they held my entire purchase until I was ready to ship. To be honest, it took a while and they were. VERY patient. I eventually had to go with their shipping company because my attempts fell through. The shipping price was better later for some reason. I did have a couple of issues with 2 of my items (hardware missing and cracked acrylic placemats), but Wade made sure that I had what I needed and he replaced the beautiful placemats which they likely no longer sell because of how fragile they are during shipping. Though I would love if they were still available, I understand why they aren’t. I am still building my business, and plan to purchase more in the future as my business grows, so I am super excited that they now have a warehouse closer to me in Michigan.

I just unboxed my chairs. They are beautiful and of great quality. They come partially assembled. I will be getting more for my inventory for my rental business.
