Our quality assurance team is detailed and will ensure that your order is loaded for delivery in perfect condition and without any damages to the packaging or items within. However, we cannot guarantee that any products will not be damaged during shipping from our warehouse to your doorstep.
- EL Supplies will process refunds for goods damaged before delivery, not during or after.
- Requests for refunds due to aforementioned damage can only be submitted within 7 days after the delivery date, inclusive. Requests for refunds take 1-3 business days to process for approval and may be denied.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the product and customer is responsible for return-shipping unless otherwise stated. Partial or full refunds vary based on an inspection by our team and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- EL Supplies has the right to decline any return and refund request that does not meet the standards and requirements necessary.
- Full or partial refunds will take place after the returned order is delivered and inspected by our team.
- EL Supplies will pay for the cost of shipping from the customer's address to our warehouse address IF and only if:
- You received the wrong product or variant.
- The item was damaged prior to delivery.
- Otherwise, if you wish to return a product for any other reason you are responsible for the cost of return-shipping to EL Supplies and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The product has not been used and does not show any signs of use.

- Pre-Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded within 14 days after placing pre-order as long as item has not yet shipped out from our warehouse in the US upon request.
