Our quality assurance team is detailed and will ensure that your order is loaded for delivery in perfect condition and without any damage to the packaging or items within. However, we cannot guarantee that products will not be damaged during shipping from our warehouse to your doorstep.
In-stock orders typically take 2-3 Business Days to process and then 7-10 Business Days after that to arrive.
Refunds for incorrect or incomplete products:
- If you received a product different than the one you ordered or an incomplete product, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The product will have to be returned to EL Supplies immediately after the refund request is approved.
- EL Supplies will send and pay for a return label to the client.

Refund for product damages:
- EL Supplies will process partial or full refunds for goods damaged before and during delivery, not after.
- Requests for refunds due to the aforementioned damage must be submitted within 5 business days after the delivery date, inclusive of the arrival date. Refund requests submitted afterward will be assessed but likely declined.
- Requests for refunds take 1-10 business days to process and investigate.
- Returns must be shipped within 3 business days after the approval of a refund. The return shipping fee will either be the liability of the courier, the client, or EL Supplies based on the results of the investigation.

- Full or partial refunds will take place after the returned order is delivered and our investigation of the causes of damages or inconsistencies is completed by our team and the client.
Refunding a product for reasons other than damage:
- If you change your mind and wish to return a product for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to EL Supplies and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Partial or full refunds will be issued after an inspection by our team is carried out and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- EL Supplies has the right to decline any return and/or refund request that does not meet the standards and requirements stated below. See "Return Requirements".
Refunding an order that has not been shipped:
- We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days unless it is a pre-order.
- To cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, you must let us know as soon as possible. The refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Once your refund is issued, you will receieve it within 10 business days depending on your bank and payment method used at Checkout.
Pre-Order Refunds:
- Pre-ordered products will show an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to our warehousing facilities on their product pages. This ETA may change suddenly if our external vendors face delays in getting products to us.
- Pre-Orders can be canceled and fully refunded within 10 business days after placing them, as long as the item has not yet shipped out from our warehouse in the US.
- EL Supplies is not liable for any compensation towards a client besides a partial or full refund of the pre-ordered item(s) in question.
Return Requirements:
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The product has not been used and does not show any signs of use.
- All returns unless otherwise stated are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns unless otherwise stated.
