EL Supplies USA is responsible for shipping your order for you unless you opt to pick your order up at our warehouse. Our products require care when loading for delivery and require care when unloading.
The term shipping refers to any shipping address located in the continental United States. We may be able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii via a custom quote/air freight depending on the item.
- Our shipping method is LTL Freight Shipping or Ground Parcel Shipping which is done through various third-party shipping and courier companies depending on the destination.
- products typically take 2-3 Business Days to process and then 7-10 Business Days after that to arrive.
- Delivery is limited to weekdays during working hours; Monday to Friday. Freight carriers will generally call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location in the United States. Please expect 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
- Residential surcharges may be charged to the client. Residential surcharges and forklift surcharges are automatically applied when the destination shipping address is residential.
- LTL (less than truckload) deliveries are made to the threshold of the customer’s address. The threshold varies in definition between address types. For warehouses, deliveries are made to the loading dock if one is present. Buildings: the threshold is the entrance or loading bay of a building. Houses: Curb-side or driveway.
- Inside Delivery: You can opt-in for the Inside Delivery service, which is when a driver will move the cargo from the threshold to inside the place of delivery. This may involve de-palletizing and hand-carrying the cargo. Inside delivery must be requested before an order is placed and will incur additional charges. This includes delivering to apartments and units in buildings.
- Damages or extra charges incurred during delivery are not the responsibility of EL Supplies USA.
- Delivery cannot be made to PO boxes, government buildings, or military bases.
